AQR Law launches – a new boutique law firm in M&A, venture capital and corporate law
AQR Law has been founded by Victor Frejdig and Gustav Dahlsjö and has been up and running for a few weeks.
The firm advises entrepreneurs, companies and investors on acquisitions and sales, venture capital investments and capital raising, and on the corporate law matters that arise before, during and after a transaction.
AQR Law is built on a clear idea: a smaller law firm with close client relationships and senior involvement throughout every matter.
“At AQR Law, the same senior team works with the client from the first conversation until the deal is done. We want to understand what the client wants to achieve and find solutions that move the deal forward,” says Victor Frejdig, co-founder of AQR Law.
With many years of experience, including in international law firm practice, the founders combine legal expertise with commercial understanding and a pragmatic approach.
