Victor Frejdig

Victor is a lawyer and partner with over ten years of experience in business law, focusing primarily on M&A, corporate law and venture capital. Before founding AQR Law, he spent more than seven years at a large international law firm, gaining extensive experience in cross-border transactions and advising multinational clients.

Victor represents a diverse client base, ranging from entrepreneurs and founders to private equity firms and publicly listed companies. Regardless of a client's size, stage of development or commercial objectives, he combines strong legal expertise with commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach. The focus is on developing solutions that are legally robust, commercially sound and aligned with the client's strategic objectives.
